DESCRIPTION:South and East Asian Mental Well-being Endeavour (S.E.A.M.E) in action 2025 is recruiting!Led by professional instructors\, through fun and relaxing activities\, participants will learn how to use body language and narrative skills to express and talk about mental health more effectively.
