COVID-19 Vaccination

Carefirst Seniors and Community Services Association, Carefirst Family Health Team and Scarborough Health Network has come together to roll out the COVID-19 vaccine clinic at Carefirst One-Stop Multi-Services Centre. We are pleased to keep our community safe and healthy through our Scarborough COVID-19 vaccine clinic. We encourage everyone who is eligible to get the vaccine.

The Carefirst COVID-19 Vaccination Clinic hours as follow:

  • Age 12 to 59 (1st, 2nd or 3rd dose): Wednesday 9 am to 6 pm and Saturday 10 am to 3 pm
  • Age 60 and above (4th dose) : Wednesday 9 am to 6 pm and Saturday 10 am to 3 pm
  • Age 18 to 59 (4th dose) By appointment only: Wednesday 9 am to 6 pm and Saturday 10 am to 3 pm
  • Age 5 to 11 (1st or 2nd dose) By appointment only: Wednesday 9 am to 6 pm and Saturday 10 am to 3 pm

We are administering the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd dose of Adult Pfizer and Moderna vaccine by appointment (www.scarbvaccine.ca) or walk-ins. Walk-in vaccinations with Pfizer or Moderna are available on Wednesday from 11 am to 4 pm and Saturday from 10 am to 1 pm Other times still require an appointment.

 

Pediatric Pfizer vaccine for children ages 5 to 11 is only available by appointment at (www.scarbvaccine.ca)

4th Dose Eligibility

Must have received 3rd dose 5 months ago, or 3 months after a COVID-19 infection

 

3rd Dose Eligibility

Must have received 2nd dose of any vaccine 3 months ago

 

1st and 2nd Dose Eligibility (Pediatric Doses Appointment Only)

  • Parent/Guardian must accompany child
  • Child must not have received any other vaccine in the last 14 days
  • For 2nd dose: Must have received 1st dose at least 21 days ago and have parental consent
