Carefirst Seniors and Community Services Association, Carefirst Family Health Team and Scarborough Health Network has come together to roll out the COVID-19 vaccine clinic at Carefirst One-Stop Multi-Services Centre. We are pleased to keep our community safe and healthy through our Scarborough COVID-19 vaccine clinic. We encourage everyone who is eligible to get the vaccine.
The Carefirst COVID-19 Vaccination Clinic hours as follow:
Wednesday
- Age 5 to 11 (1st, 2nd or boosters): 2 pm to 6 pm By appointment only
- Age 12 and above (1st, 2nd or boosters): 9 am to 6 pm By appointment only
Saturday
- Age 0 to 4 (1st dose): 10 am to 12 pm By appointment only
- Age 5 to 11 (1st, 2nd or boosters): 10 am to 12 pm By appointment only
- Age 12 and above (1st, 2nd or boosters): 10 am to 3 pm By appointment only
We are administering the 1st, 2nd, and booster dose of Adult Pfizer and Moderna vaccine by appointment (www.scarbvaccine.ca)
Pediatric Pfizer vaccine for children ages 0 to 11 is only available by appointment at (www.scarbvaccine.ca)
Booster Dose Eligibility
- The Ontario Ministry of Health recommends a Fall Booster 84 days since your last dose, regardless of how many
boosters you have received. - If you recently had a COVID-19 infection, please wait at least 3 months since you developed symptoms or had a positive test (if asymptomatic) before getting your booster.
Pediatric 1st and 2nd Dose Eligibility
- Parent/Guardian must accompany child
- Child must not have received any other vaccine in the last 14 days
- For 2nd dose: Must have received 1st dose at least 21 days ago and have parental consent
