WINTER WELLNESS FEST — Caregiver Wellness

Carefirst’s High Priority Communities Strategy Program is teaming up with community organizations and Markham YMCA to host a series of education workshops on important Mental Health and Women’s Health paired with a special fitness activity at Markham YMCA! Join us this upcoming Tuesday for an informative session on Caregiver Wellness presented by CHATS, paired with an hour of Chairfit! There will be free food and giveaways!
