WINTER WELLNESS FEST — Mental Health for All Ages

Carefirst’s High Priority Communities Strategy Program is partnering with community organizations and Markham YMCA to host a series of education workshops on important Mental Health and Women’s Health paired with a special fitness activity at Markham YMCA! This date will be all about general Mental Health, presented to you by CMHA, and include a Mindful Meditation session to promote mental wellness. All ages are welcome!
