Take part in art therapy activities like drumming and artwork, enjoy Caribbean dance, and explore family-friendly fitness activities for all ages. Learn about preventive health and local supports through doctor-led workshops, and connect with community partners offering interactive booths and resources to support your wellbeing. Also, enjoy FREE light refreshments (while supplies last)!
